Payment

1. What types of payment are accepted?

We currently accept Major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept personal or electronic checks, cash on delivery (COD), Bitcoin, money orders, or wire transfers at this time.

2. How do I apply a discount?

To apply a discount code, simply go to your shopping cart, choose “checkout”, on your desktop you will see discount code section below item information section; for mobile, complete 2 checkout steps and there will be a discount section at the 3rd step where you can input in your discount code.

3. Can I apply a discount after my order is placed?

We unfortunately cannot apply discounts to an order after it has been placed, the code must be added by the customer when they go to check out and make the payment. We also cannot combine discounts for an order. Be sure to apply your discounts before you purchase!

4. How long do refunds take to process?

If for any reason Divine Nine Store has issued you a refund, it can usually take up to 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to appear in your account.
If you haven't seen the refund back after 14 working days, please contact us for further assistance.

5. We process all orders in USD

While the content of your cart is displayed in any other currencies, you will check out using USD at the most current exchange rate.
