When can I expect to receive my package?

Our products are Made to Order Items. Each stage to create any products is totally assembled and completed by handmade for your order!

Please be advised that you can change the order details (change size, color, quantity) or cancel the order within the first 24 hours.

  • These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and do not include the production time of POD products.
  • The shipping times may take longer than the estimates for remote areas or high-demand items.
  • All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. This can cause shipping to take up to 40-50 days.
  • Once the package is shipped out, it entirely relies on a third party: the courier. In case you want to change the shipping method, please kindly contact Customer Support Team to know how to charge the additional shipping fee.
  • Please understand that delivery times vary by location and may be extended due to force majeure conditions such as the weather, local courier issue, etc.

Can I track my package?

A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email 10-14 days after your order has been placed. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames above, or if the tracking number shows no movement for a week, please contact our Customer Support Team via email support@greekdivine9.com for checking as soon as possible.

Please note: It may take up to 1-3 days for your package to show up in the forwarders tracking system since you receive the tracking number.

For International orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there might be no further tracking.

Can I ship to PO BOX or APO/ FPO/DPO?

If customers provide the PO Box addresses, the packages are delivered by USPS only (standard shipping). Please note that customers need to be aware to pick up at the local Post Office. We are not responsible for losing any package using PO Box.

At present, we are sorry that we haven’t had any shipping method to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

I never received my package, what should I do?

If your item has not arrived within 60 days after the day you placed the order, contact one of our customer service team through our Contact Us page and we will do our best to help you!

The below cases will have extra charge for re-delivery:

  • The customer didn’t provide us with the correct address, and the carrier failed to deliver the parcel.
  • The carrier cannot contact customers for delivery several times.

The parcel will be returned to our warehouse, and from there we will re-deliver the orders once we receive the correct shipping information from the customer. Re-shipping cost will be $12.99 and can take up to 40-45 days to be delivered.

What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or customs when my package arrives in my country?

Import duties, taxes, charges, and customs fees are not included in the item price or the shipping fee. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's or recipient’s responsibility. We do not collect any tax for international shipping. The VAT charges may vary according to the country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Please be informed that all orders shipped to Mexico, Bulgaria, Romania, French Polynesia and all countries in Africa (South Africa, Cape Verde, …) and countries in South America (Peru, Chile, Argentina, …) usually take 2-4 months to arrive due to the delays from customs and local post offices.

What Exactly Is A Customs Invoice?

A customs invoice is a document that travels with your parcel and contains information about the items inside your package. Please don't be surprised if an invoice with prices differs from the price you bought in the parcel because that is a symbolic amount. The customs invoice is required for customs clearance.
